What to expect

As a Medicare-certified agency, Prudence can bill Medicare directly for covered services. The six service types available mean your parent could receive: a registered nurse for medical care and monitoring, physical therapist to help with mobility and strength, occupational therapist to assist with daily living activities, speech-language pathologist if swallowing or communication support is needed, a medical social worker to help navigate resources and emotional concerns, and home health aides for personal care assistance. The specific services your parent receives will depend on their physician's orders and Medicare approval.
